Dr. Natalie Bernicky

Dr. Natalie Bernicky

Dr. Natalie Bernicky has lived in our community for most of her life. Since completing her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2012, she provided care in Ottawa. However, she has a beautiful young daughter now, and a caring husband, so being closer to her family in Smiths Falls was an important and natural choice for her.

“I really value the comfort of country living. Growing up in Jasper, we knew all of our neighbors, it was a tight-knit community.”

Years ago, Natalie experienced a sports injury, while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Carleton University, which left her with severe migraine headaches and shoulder pain. The resulting anxiety of completing an academic program in pain led her to look at chiropractic for a real solution. Shortly after beginning treatment she found significant relief from her symptoms, and continues care today to support her active health-centered lifestyle.

Dr. Natalie is pleased to offer quality care at Smiths Falls Family Chiropractic, after years of receiving excellent care here herself. She has a specific interest in family practice, and with a comprehensive background in perinatal treatment, she enjoys providing care to expectant mothers both before and after birth.

Away from the Office

When out of the office, when not spending time with her husband and really cute daughter, she enjoys yoga, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating, and gardening. Dr. Natalie is also actively engaged within her community, volunteering at local social clubs, business clubs, and community health initiatives.

Dr. Natalie recognizes that each person has unique needs and concerns, and works with her patients to create a personalized treatment plan to help them reach their individual health goals. She is a proud member all relevant chiropractic professional associations, as well as the Acupuncture Council of Ontario, and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
